guys didn't have what i ordered. then waited until i arrived to tell me that, rather than calling. then told me they didn't have the next three other items on the menu to replace what I ordered. the best available option was of significantly less value, and then they started cooking it, which took 15 mins after i arrived. was ridiculous.

Disgusting food and service. I wish there was an option of zero stars. I received the worst food from Pine Tree. I ordered the Oxtail, which on the website said came with vegetables and plantain. The description said it has Butter beans stewed to perfection. When the order came, it was: - Burnt hard overcooked meat - Hard Butter Beans - One piece of plantain. - a tablespoon of steamed cabbage and carrots - and Full of rice ! I absolutely cannot eat the food as it's hard to chew and swallow and also do not eat rice. I spoke to a Renee at the restaurant and she said that 'the dish comes with rice'. I said that's not on the description, that I don't eat rice a nd that they should come to pick up the food as I can't eat it. Above all, they shoould change their description because it's misleading. She then went on to say that maybe I ordered a side dish and that if I didn't she knows for a fact that the dish states it comes with rice. I said I never ordered a side dish of rice and that I could not have because I DO NOT eat rice. She was very defensive and sensitive and kept interrupting me when I was telling her the problem with the food (she also admitted she did not have access to the seamless website when i advised her to look at the site herself). I told her that I should get a refund because I can't eat it and have to order from elesewhere. She simply said that I should talk to the Manager Julie tomorrow. I will NEVER order from here again. Bad food and poor customer service

terrible service and food. ordered food at 915pm and was never contacted that the kitchen was actually closed already until 10pm. no apology or anything for not contacting me.

This is a great place for caribbean food, that I found by accident while visiting a friend in NYUMed Center, which is just across the road.

I just received my Chicken Curry Roti from this place and its so hard to eat because its full of bones. How do you eat a wrap full of chicken bones?

Ordered food at 8:00, received confirmation at 8:03 (expected time 30-45mins), called at 9:15 when food was still MIA, after a bunch of nonsense was told 15-20mins more, food never arrived. This place is less than 1 block from my apt, nice work.
